Last updated: May 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms" or "ToS") govern the relationship between you ("User", "you") and the operator of Arbweb Trading Platform ("Arbweb", the "Service", "we"), available at https://arbweb.pro.

By registering an account, paying for a subscription, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), have full legal capacity, and are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited.

2. Description of the Service

Arbweb is a SaaS platform that provides software for automated trading of cryptocurrency derivatives (perpetual futures) using arbitrage strategies between supported exchanges (Binance, Gate.io, Bybit, Asterdex, and others added over time).

The Service allows the User to:

Arbweb is solely a technology tool. All trading operations are executed on the User's exchange accounts using the User's funds. Arbweb does not custody User funds, does not act as a broker, dealer, market maker, investment advisor, or financial institution, and does not access actual exchange balances beyond what is necessary to execute trading instructions via API.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email and password. You agree to:

You are fully responsible for all activity on your account, including trading operations initiated using your API keys.

4. Subscription and Payment

Access to the trading functionality is provided on a subscription basis at USD 50 per 30 calendar days. Payment is accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency through the Cryptomus payment gateway.

5. Exchange API Keys and Trading Operations

To operate the bot, the User provides exchange API keys. Keys are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM and are not accessible to us in plaintext.

The User agrees to:

We are not liable for the consequences of issuing keys with excessive permissions, including unauthorized withdrawals from the User's exchange account.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbweb shall not be liable for:

Arbweb's aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the subscription in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to the source code, design, trademarks, texts, and other materials of the Service belong to the operator of Arbweb or its licensors. A subscription does not grant any intellectual property rights to the User other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during the subscription term.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate User access to the Service:

The User may delete their account at any time through the Service interface or by request to support@arbweb.pro. Account deletion does not cancel already executed trading operations and does not release the User from obligations arising before deletion.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms. The User will be notified of material changes via email and/or the Service interface at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. The parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation. Failing that, disputes may be referred to a competent court at the operator's place of residence or to international commercial arbitration, at the operator's election.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to act on a breach does not waive our right to act on subsequent breaches.
